Cooking Instruction:
1. Air Fry
– Defrost 1 day before at chiller.
– Preheat air fryer at 180°C, air fry for 10-15 minutes.
2. Oven Bake
– Defrost 1 day before at chiller.
– Preheat oven at 180°C
–Â Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until the skin get crispy
3. Deep Fried
– Defrost the duck for 30 minutes.
– Pre-heat deep fryer at 170°C , fry for 2 – 3 minutes.
Remarks: Conditions may vary due to different cooking equipment.
